Vegetarian Dumpling Workshop with Kristina Cho of Eat Cho Food

Join Kristina for an afternoon of making and eating vegetarian dumplings! She’ll be sharing how she makes dumpling wrappers from scratch, how to mix the perfect filling, how to pleat like a master, and how to cook them up! Then bring them home to share or freeze and savor later!


(Dumpling wrappers will contain gluten. Kristina is also teaching a gluten free crystal dumpling workshop on July 14. Register for the gluten free workshop here.)

Entertain With Cheese & Charcuterie: A Gathering Board Workshop With Ripen

Join Chef Sophie Speer of Ripen to learn how to build a beautiful gathering board that will impress and delight your guests! She’ll cover cheese types, pairing principles, slicing and arranging techniques with a variety of California cheese and American charcuterie.


You will build and take home a gathering board large enough to serve 3-4 people. Pricing includes a compostable board and travel box and all food and supplies. If preferred over compostable, you may bring your own small serving board. Wooden serving boards will also be available for purchase at Foragers Present.
